Scratched Glass Restoration

Glass Technology's Scratch-Hog is an advanced water-fed grinding and polishing unit that is one of the few sytems in the world that can remove deep scratches from glass. Applications include the removal of grafitti scratches and etching in shop front windows and scuffs and scratches caused during building construction. The Scratch-Hog can also be used to remove lime scale and other water damage and staining from architectural glass. These extreme scratches were made by a 350kg Polar Bear on 60mm thick laminated glass. The clear patch was restored as a demonstration of the ability of Glass Technology Technicians using the latest GT Scratch-Hog repair technology.
